Two parallel valleys crowned by peaks and glaciers, full of history and traditions: this is the Grand Combin district. Let us talk about the Great St. Bernard and Valpelline Valleys  penetrating the mountains north of Aosta, towards Switzerland. In their villages, in their forests and along their  streams you can still enjoy the truthful mountains. They are still the same as thousand years ago when people starded to carry their goods through the Great St. Bernard Col and the other passes that still exit along the border with the Swiss Valais.
